STRENGTH: This class pairs heavy weights with low reps, the perfect power couple for building more metabolically active, lean muscle mass to torch body fat and sculpt your body. Suited for all levels and will get you to reach your fitness goals! We simplify some of our barbell movements, incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells and focus the program on timeless strength building exercises for a great workout sure to build strength, lean muscle and cultivate the athletic physique.
