If we can't make it to one session, are we able to come to another?
We are very flexible with times so generally, it is not an issue.
How do you do one on one sessions rather than group training?
We offer one-on-one personal training sessions through our expert trainers. To enquire you can contact them via the Homepage under Trainers to discuss availability, programs and pricing.
Do you offer a trial of the program before committing to the 6 week program?

What if I get injured or go on holiday during my membership?
In the case of an injury, we are unable to refund you however we can arrange a suspension on your membership. A doctor’s certificate would be required. In case of holidays it would depend on the package your purchase. We are able to provide membership suspension options for your holiday duration. Terms & Conditions apply. How do we know what sessions are on offer for each week?
The timetable informs you of the session type, however we also have a private Facebook group that will always keep you updated on any changes or updates to the timetable. The coaches make sure to keep up variety of each session, constantly changing it every week. Facebook is primarily used as our informative base.
What happens on a public holiday?
We will post in the Facebook group prior to the day, if we have enough members wanting to train, we will offer a session or two depending on numbers.
Are there mixed classes?
We offer mixed classes when session format is circuits or high intensity interval training. These sessions are typically Thursday morning, and Saturday morning.
How often am I updated on my progress?
We use the most up to date technology to track your progress throughout the round using Styku which takes a 3D image of your body and exact measurements. Weigh-ins & body scans are available to our members on request - these are not shared with anyone else, just for your own personal tracking and progress. You can always ask trainers for an update on your results to ensure you are keeping on track with training and nutrition.
Do I have to pay for the membership in full?
No, we have weekly direct debit for your convenience.
Are there facilities available for members of 6W2S?
Most definitely. We have two bathrooms fitted with showers and toilets. Our members are usually heading off to work after their training session so having showers allows them to get their session in and head off to work straight after. We also have amenities like body washes, shampoo and conditioner. We also have a dedicated creche area with experienced nannies to take care of your bubs so you can maximise your work out.
Is 6W2S suitable for all fitness levels?
Individuals of all fitness levels are able to take part in the sessions. We want our members to feel comfortable with the workouts and our expert trainers will tailor a session to their needs wherever possible.
Do you cater for Pre-existing medical conditions?
If you have any special medical conditions that are past or still existing, please ensure you make this known at orientation and our expert trainers will be able to alter your session to make sure that you are looked after.
What types of classes do we offer?
Our program provides plenty of variety, offering HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), core training, weights, strength training and boxing.
What is your cancellation policy?
6w2s Terms & Conditions:
*For an early exit of a 3 month 6w2s membership, you will incur a $120 cancellation fee.
*For an early exit of a 6 month 6w2s membership, you will incur a $180 cancellation fee.
*For an early exit of your membership at 6w2s due to health conditions, please provide us with a medical certificate to avoid the cancellation fee.
*10 Pack Pre Paid option is valid for 3 months from purchase date. Pre Paid options are not refundable.
*If you have a reason prohibiting you from completing your Pre Paid Pack, we will assist you with an extension of your expiry date to ensure you can use your visits. We will require a medical certificate to support your reason.
*A $20 fee applies to suspend your membership between a period of two to six weeks.
*In the case of an injury, we can arrange a suspension on your membership with a doctor’s certificate provided.
